It acts as a stress-responsive protein that is widely expressed in tissues, often downregulated in various cancers (e.g., gastrointestinal), and functions as a potential tumor suppressor by regulating cell proliferation and migration. DPABH-20871 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 150-300) application. DPABH-20871 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C.
