This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26702) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EMX1, targeting the amino acid region 201–257 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EMX1 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Predicted to be involved in brain development; neuron differentiation; and regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within several processes, including nervous system development; neuroepithelial cell differentiation; and regulation of oligodendrocyte progenitor proliferation. Located in chromosome and nucleolus.
DPABH-26702 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) applications.
DPABH-26702 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
