This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03803) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EXTL3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EXTL3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a single-pass membrane protein which functions as a glycosyltransferase. The encoded protein catalyzes the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine to glycosaminoglycan chains. This reaction is important in heparin and heparan sulfate synthesis. Alternative splicing results in the multiple transcript variants. DPABH-03803 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-03803 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
