This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04229) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EXOSC10, targeting the amino acid region 41–140 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EXOSC10 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables 3'-5'-RNA exonuclease activity and telomerase RNA binding activity. Involved in several processes, including RNA metabolic process; negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase; and regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Located in cytosol; euchromatin; and nuclear lumen. Part of nuclear exosome (RNase complex) and small-subunit processome.
DPABH-04229 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-04229 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
