This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26349) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ETV6, targeting the amino acid region 1–355 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ETV6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ETV6, the E26 transformation-specific (ETS) family transcription repressor and tumor suppressor variant 6 gene, resides on chromosome 12p13, encodes a 57 kDa ETS family transcription factor with 3 highly conserved functional domains(PMID: 32841218). ETV6 is a well-studied hematopoietic transcription factor reported to play a key functional role in hematopoiesis, megakaryopoiesis, cell growth, and differentiation.
DPABH-26349 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application.
DPABH-26349 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
