This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12329) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERMP1, targeting the amino acid region 204–365 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ERMP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ERMP1 (Endoplasmic Reticulum Metallopeptidase 1) is a nine-transmembrane domain, zinc-binding enzyme located in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum. It acts as a key regulator in the endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response (UPR) and manages oxidative stress, often acting as a potential oncogene that is highly expressed in various cancers (e.g., ovarian, breast, colon) and involved in cell proliferation.
DPABH-12329 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-12329 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
