General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18897) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ERGIC1, targeting the amino acid region 49–290 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ERGIC1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The function of ERGIC1 remains largely unknown. ERGIC1 was highly expressed in most primary prostate tumors. It is an intriguing potential drug target especially for the ERG oncogene expressing tumors (PMID: 22761906). DPABH-18897 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-18897 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
