This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05790) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EPRS. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EPRS from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are a class of enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. The protein encoded by this gene is a multifunctional aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that catalyzes the aminoacylation of glutamic acid and proline tRNA species. Alternative splicing has been observed for this gene, but the full-length nature and biological validity of the variant have not been determined. DPABH-05790 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-05790 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
