This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28608) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EPHA6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EPHA6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable transmembrane-ephrin receptor activity. Predicted to be involved in axon guidance and ephrin receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be located in membrane. Predicted to be active in dendrite and plasma membrane. DPABH-28608 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-28608 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
