This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13957) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ENOSF1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene can encode a mitochondrial enzyme that is thought to convert L-fuconate to 2-keto-3-deoxy-L-fuconate. This locus was originally identified as the source of antisense RNAs of the adjacent thymidylate synthase gene. Splice variants at this locus may contain an alternate 3' exon that is complementary to the 3'UTR and terminal intron of the thymidylate synthase (TS) RNA and may downregulate TS expression. DPABH-13957 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-13957 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
