General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22675) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ENO3, targeting the amino acid region 341–434 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ENO3 from mouse, rat, chicken, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme is found in skeletal muscle cells in the adult where it may play a role in muscle development and regeneration. A switch from alpha enolase to beta enolase occurs in muscle tissue during development in rodents. Mutations in this gene have be associated glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
DPABH-22675 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test') applications.
DPABH-22675 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
