This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23840) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EME2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. EME2 (Essential Meiotic Structure-Specific Endonuclease Subunit 2) is a protein-coding gene that forms a heterodimeric complex with MUS81, essential for DNA repair, genome stability, and specifically processing stalled replication forks, especially during S-phase. It acts as a 3'-flap and Holliday junction endonuclease, functioning similarly to EME1 but with distinct, higher activity in resolving replication-associated DNA damage.
DPABH-23840 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) applications.
DPABH-23840 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
