This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21667) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EMC4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EMC4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Contributes to membrane insertase activity. Involved in protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence and tail-anchored membrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Located in endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Part of EMC complex. DPABH-21667 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-21667 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
