This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14851) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EMC10. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EMC10 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Contributes to membrane insertase activity. Involved in positive regulation of angiogenesis; positive regulation of endothelial cell proliferation; and protein insertion into ER membrane. Located in endoplasmic reticulum membrane and extracellular region. Part of EMC complex. DPABH-14851 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications. DPABH-14851 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
