This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02912) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ELP3, targeting the amino acid region 1–356 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ELP3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Catalytic histone acetyltransferase subunit of the RNA polymerase II elongator complex, which is a component of the RNA polymerase II (Pol II) holoenzyme and is involved in transcriptional elongation. Elongator may play a role in chromatin remodeling and is involved in acetylation of histones H3 and probably H4. May also have a methyltransferase activity. DPABH-02912 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-02912 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
