This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16283) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human EGR4, targeting the amino acid region 501–589 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EGR4 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. Involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be located in chromatin.
DPABH-16283 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-16283 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
