This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19395) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EBF2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EBF2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the COE (Collier/Olf/EBF) family of non-basic, helix-loop-helix transcription factors that have a well conserved DNA binding domain. The COE family proteins play an important role in variety of developmental processes. Studies in mouse suggest that this gene may be involved in the differentiation of osteoblasts. DPABH-19395 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-19395 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
