General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23651) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EAPP, targeting the amino acid region 7–192 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with EAPP from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. E2F-associated phosphoprotein (EAPP) is a nuclear regulatory protein that binds to activator E2F transcription factors (E2F-1, E2F-2, E2F-3) to modulate cell cycle progression and apoptosis. Frequently elevated in cancer cells, EAPP acts as a molecular bridge, promoting S-phase entry while also acting as a gatekeeper against apoptosis by regulating p21.
DPABH-23651 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23651 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
