This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06137) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human E2F7. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables DNA-binding transcription repressor activity; cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and identical protein binding activity. Involved in DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator; regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and sprouting angiogenesis. Located in nuclear speck. DPABH-06137 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-06137 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
