This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19725) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DUSP3, targeting the amino acid region 2–144 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DUSP3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DUSP3 (Dual-Specificity Phosphatase 3), also known as VHR (Vaccinia H1-Related phosphatase), is a 21 kDa enzyme that regulates crucial cellular processes by dephosphorylating tyrosine and serine/threonine residues on target proteins, including MAPKs (ERK1/2, JNK1/2). It plays a key role in angiogenesis, cell cycle regulation, immune responses, and has been implicated in cancer progression and metastasis.
DPABH-19725 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-19725 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
