This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04446) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DUSP23, targeting the amino acid region 1–150 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human DUSP23 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues. In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10) in vitro. Able to enhance activation of JNK and p38 (MAPK14). DPABH-04446 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-04446 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
