This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22024) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DUSP11, targeting the amino acid region 2–179 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DUSP11 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DUSP11 (Dual-Specificity Phosphatase 11, also known as PIR1) is a 40-kD atypical phosphatase that primarily acts as an RNA phosphatase, regulating the stability of noncoding RNAs and 5′-triphosphate RNAs. It is involved in RNA metabolism, gene silencing, and acts as an intracellular innate immune checkpoint in cancers like lung adenocarcinoma.
DPABH-22024 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-22024 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
