This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25126) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse DOK2, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DOK2 from human, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase adaptor activity. Acts upstream of or within Ras protein signal transduction and cell surface receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway. Predicted to be located in plasma membrane. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; genitourinary system; immune system; liver; and lung. Orthologous to human DOK2 (docking protein 2).
DPABH-25126 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-25126 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
