This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19908) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DNAJB9, targeting the amino acid region 24–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DNAJB9 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and chimpanzee. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the J protein family. J proteins function in many cellular processes by regulating the ATPase activity of 70 kDa heat shock proteins. This gene is a member of the type 2 subgroup of DnaJ proteins. The encoded protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress and plays a role in protecting stressed cells from apoptosis.
DPABH-19908 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-19908 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
