General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26765) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DNAJB5, targeting the amino acid region 1–386 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human DNAJB5 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DNAJB5, also named as Hsc40, is an Hsp40 Family Protein with MW 39-40 kDa. It mediates antihypertrophic effects of Thioredoxin1 in the heart. This protein has some isoforms with MW 39 kDa and 47-51 kDa.
DPABH-26765 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications.
