This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14865) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DLEU7, targeting the amino acid region 51–100 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DLEU7 (Deleted In Lymphocytic Leukemia 7) is a protein-coding gene located in the 13q14 chromosomal region, a critical area frequently deleted in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). It acts as a candidate tumor suppressor gene, where its downregulation or deletion is associated with increased cell cycle progression and apoptosis resistance in cancer cells. DPABH-14865 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-14865 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
