This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12456) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DIXDC1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway. The encoded protein is found associated with gamma tubulin at the centrosome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. DPABH-12456 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-12456 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
