This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27673) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DERL2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DERL2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Proteins that are unfolded or misfolded in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) must be refolded or degraded to maintain the homeostasis of the ER. DERL2 is involved in the degradation of misfolded glycoproteins in the ER (Oda et al., 2006 [PubMed 16449189]). DPABH-27673 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-27673 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
