This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04577) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human DDX43. It has been affinity purified by protein A. DDX43 (DEAD-box polypeptide 43), also known as HAGE (Helicase Antigen Gene), is an ATP-dependent RNA/DNA helicase that acts as a cancer/testis antigen. It is characterized by high expression in various tumors (lung, breast, colon, leukemia) but is largely absent in normal tissues, making it a promising candidate for cancer immunotherapy and a prognostic biomarker.
DPABH-04577 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-04577 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
