This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23884) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DCP1B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DCP1B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May play a role in the degradation of mRNAs, both in normal mRNA turnover and in nonsense-mediated mRNA decay. May remove the 7-methyl guanine cap structure from mRNA molecules, yielding a 5'-phosphorylated mRNA fragment and 7m-GDP (By similarity).
DPABH-23884 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application.
DPABH-23884 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
