This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13012) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DCAF10. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DCAF10 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DCAF10 (DDB1- and CUL4-associated factor 10) is a substrate receptor for the CUL4A-DDB1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex that targets specific proteins for degradation. It functions as an N-recognin for N-terminally acetylated proteins, specifically recognizing aberrant N-terminal glycine residues to regulate protein levels, such as Src family kinases and the ALOX15B protein. DPABH-13012 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-13012 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
