This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01609) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CUX1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CUX1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the homeodomain family of DNA binding proteins. It may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation and it may also play a role in the cell cycle progession. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. DPABH-01609 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:200–1:1,000), ELISA (1:40000) applications. DPABH-01609 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
