This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25354) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CSNK1E. It has been affinity purified by protein A. CSNK1E is a human gene that encodes casein kinase 1 epsilon (CK1ε), a serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the casein kinase I family, which plays essential roles in regulating cytoplasmic and nuclear processes including DNA replication, repair, and circadian rhythms through phosphorylation of key substrates like the PERIOD protein.
DPABH-25354 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-25354 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
