This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25005) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CRELD1, targeting the amino acid region 218–362 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CRELD1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CRELD1 (Cysteine-rich with EGF-like domain protein 1) belongs to matricellular proteins family. The encoded protein has a cysteine-rich with epidermal growth factor-like domain (PubMed: 12137942). Mutations in CRELD1 are the cause of atrioventricular septal defect (PubMed: 24697899). Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. CRELD1 can be detected as 70-75 kDa in mouse lung (PMID: 24697899). DPABH-25005 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-25005 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
