This product (Catalog No. DPABH-06339) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CORO7, targeting the amino acid region 750–925 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CORO7 also known as CRN7 belongs to the WD repeat coronin family, and functions as an F-actin regulator directing anterograde Golgi to endosome transport(PMID: 15327992). DPABH-06339 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-06339 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
