This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11423) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CORO6. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Coronin 6 (CORO6, or Coronin-like protein E) is an actin-binding protein, part of the conserved Coronin family, which plays a key role in cytoskeleton organization and cell movement. It is primarily expressed in adult muscles, regulating acetylcholine receptor clustering. Research highlights its role as an oncogenic factor in various cancers—including HCC, renal cell carcinoma, and gastric cancer—where it promotes cell growth, metastasis, and Wnt signaling, marking it as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target.
DPABH-11423 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application.
DPABH-11423 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
