General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03427) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CORO2B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CORO2B from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables talin binding activity and vinculin binding activity. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including negative regulation of cell-substrate adhesion; regulation of actin cytoskeleton organization; and regulation of establishment of protein localization. Located in focal adhesion. DPABH-03427 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:40–1:200) applications. DPABH-03427 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
