This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10878) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human COL20A1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. COL20A1 (Collagen Type XX Alpha 1 Chain) is a gene that encodes a member of the Fibril-Associated Collagens with Interrupted Triple helices (FACIT) subfamily of collagen proteins. It is primarily expressed in the central nervous system and eye, functioning as a critical component of the extracellular matrix (ECM) to maintain tissue integrity and regulate cell–matrix interactions. DPABH-10878 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-10878 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
