General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12595) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNTD1, targeting the amino acid region 203–330 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CNTD1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. B4GALNT2 catalyzes the last step in the biosynthesis of the human Sd(a) antigen through the addition of an N-acetylgalactosamine residue via a beta-1,4 linkage to a subterminal galactose residue substituted with an alpha-2,3-linked sialic acid. B4GALNT2 also catalyzes the last step in the biosynthesis of the Cad antigen (Montiel et al., 2003 [PubMed 12678917]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]. DPABH-12595 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-12595 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
