This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01640) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNOT6. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CNOT6 is a protein-coding gene in humans that encodes CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 6 (CNOT6), a catalytic subunit of the multifunctional CCR4-NOT complex, which regulates gene expression through both transcriptional and post-transcriptional mechanisms, including mRNA deadenylation and decay. Located on chromosome 5q35.3, the gene produces a 575-amino-acid protein featuring five conserved motifs in its C-terminal region essential for its apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease-like activity, making it one of two human homologs of the yeast CCR4 protein (the other being CNOT6L). DPABH-01640 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-01640 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
