General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07056) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNKSR3, targeting the amino acid region 1–352 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CNKSR3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Connector enhancer of kinase suppressor of ras 3 (CNKSR3) gene encodes CNK homolog protein 3 (CNK3). CNK proteins, originally identified in Drosophila, were described to regulate the RAS/ERK pathway at the level of the RAS protein kinase. CNKSR3, homologue of scaffold proteins involved in MAPK pathway regulation, is a direct target of mineralocorticoid receptor (MR). CNK3 coordinates the assembly of a multiprotein epithelial sodium channel (ENaC) -regulatory complex, and hence plays a central role in sodium homeostasis.
DPABH-07056 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
DPABH-07056 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
