General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22741) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNIH4, targeting the amino acid region 1–119 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CNIH4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CNIH4 (Cornichon Family Member 4) is a protein-coding gene belonging to the cornichon family, which plays a critical role in regulating G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) trafficking from the endoplasmic reticulum to the cell surface. It facilitates GPCR export through the early secretory pathway and is regulated by TMED9. DPABH-22741 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF-P (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-22741 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
