General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02282) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNIH2, targeting the amino acid region 1–137 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CNIH2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CNIH2, or cornichon family AMPA receptor auxiliary protein 2, is an auxiliary subunit of the ionotropic glutamate receptor of the AMPA subtype.CNIH2 has been reported to interact with the Type I AMPA Receptor regulatory protein isoform gamma-8, which controls the assembly of hippocampal AMPA receptor complexes, thereby modulating receptor gating and pharmacology. It has been implicated in various diseases, including schizophrenia, as indicated by its association with different schizophrenia-related disorders.
DPABH-02282 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:10,000), IHC (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-02282 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
