This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05085) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CNDP1, targeting the amino acid region 160–508 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CNDP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase (CNDP1) encodes the secreted serum carnosinase, which is synthesized in the brain and secreted into the systematic circulation, CNDP1 hydrolyzes L-carnosine and is essential for glucose metabolism and the transportation of activated fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane (PMID: 32111749, 16046297). DPABH-05085 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-05085 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
