This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05678) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CNBP. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CNBP from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Cellular Nucleic Acid Binding Protein (CNBP), formerly known as ZNF9, is a highly conserved, 18 kDa nucleic acid chaperone that binds single-stranded DNA and RNA, playing a crucial role in regulating gene expression, cell proliferation, and craniofacial/heart development. It features seven zinc-finger motifs, acts as a transcriptional and translational regulator, and its malfunction (specifically CCTG expansion) is associated with Myotonic Dystrophy Type 2.
DPABH-05678 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-05678 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
