This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20465) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CLSTN2, targeting the amino acid region 473–772 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human CLSTN2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CLSTN2 gene encodes the synaptic protein calsyntenin 2, one of the three calsyntenin family members found in humans. CLSTN2 is expressed exclusively in the brain, with high levels occurring in cortical gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) interneurons and in medial temporal lobe regions (PMID: 19058786). Western blot analysis detected CLSTN2 at an apparent molecular mass of 107 kDa. DPABH-20465 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-20465 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
