This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04897) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CLPTM1L. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane protein whose overexpression in cisplatin-sensitive cells causes apoptosis. Polymorphisms in this gene have been reported to increase susceptibility to several cancers, including lung, pancreatic, and breast cancers. DPABH-04897 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-04897 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
