General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17193) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CLMN. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CLMN (Calmin) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a protein known as calmin, which is thought to be involved in cytoskeletal organization and membrane-related processes. The protein contains predicted transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions, suggesting it may associate with cellular membranes and interact with structural or signaling components within the cell. CLMN is expressed in multiple tissues, but its precise biological function remains incompletely characterized. Based on available evidence, it may play roles in cell shape maintenance, intracellular transport, or signaling pathways through interactions with cytoskeletal elements or membrane-associated proteins. Further experimental studies are needed to fully define its molecular partners and physiological roles in human cells.
DPABH-17193 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application.
DPABH-17193 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
