General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04751) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CIAPIN1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. CIAPIN1 is a cytokine-induced inhibitor of apoptosis with no relation to apoptosis regulatory molecules of the BCL2 (MIM 151430) or CASP (see MIM 147678) families. Expression of CIAPIN1 is dependent on growth factor stimulation (Shibayama et al., 2004 [PubMed 14970183]). DPABH-04751 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-04751 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
