This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10501) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human CHAMP1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a zinc finger protein that functions as a regulator of chromosome segregation in mitosis. The encoded protein is required for correct alignment of chromosomes on the metaphase plate, and plays a role in maintaining the attachment of sister kinetochores to microtubules from opposite spindle poles. Mutations in this gene are associated with an autosomal dominant form of intellectual disability. DPABH-10501 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-10501 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
